Ankita Bisht is a 100% hand embroidered and hand made brand, please note we do not accept return or exchange for made to order items on both domestic and international orders. In the rare event of fitting errors, embroidery errors or wrong product arrival please contact our customer care at support@ankitabisht.com within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Return Shipping
In the rare event of fitting errors, embroidery errors and wrong product arrival contact support@ankitabisht.com within 24 hours of the delivery time, for return shipping assistance. The product will be shipped back to you once the error is fixed at the earliest.
Refunds
Since all our products are made-to-order we follow a strict no refund policy.Â
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@ankitabisht.com within 24 hours of the delivery time. We will work with you to arrange for a fix or replacement as appropriate.
