SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India. 
For international orders a shipping charge will be applicable depending on the location and volumetric dimensions/weights, whichever is higher.
Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

All of Ankita Bisht orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Banglore, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Ankita Bisht and the courier service takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Typically, we take around 25-28 business days to deliver an order.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time!
What is the procedure for made-to-order service?
All the designs at Ankita Bisht are made-to-order. After you have placed an order, within 24 hours, our designer will get in touch with you for measurements and for minor customisations like the neck depth, sleeves add ons, etc. In 7-9 working days we will courier you the test fits which will be made according to your body measurements once you try it on and approve it we will proceed with your order, this ensures that the final outfit that reaches you is true to your size. The whole process will take 25-28 business days to complete your order.

How will I know my perfect measurements for a particular outfit?
At Ankita Bisht we truly believe that the real beauty of a garment comes from its fit. To find your true measurement there are three different processes that we follow:
We will give you a size chart ranging from XS- XXXL that will have all the measurements for a particular outfit, you can select your size accordingly. OR,
Click on Custom for your size fit and after you lock your order with the payment, within 24 hours, we will send you a video of how to find your perfect measurement for that particular outfit. OR,
Click on Custom for your size fit and after you lock your order with the payment, within 24 hours, our designer will get in touch with you through a zoom meeting or video call to guide you through the measurement process.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately.

What happens if the wrong\ defected product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered or is defective in terms of quality and size, please contact our Customer Care team at support@ankitabisht.com or call at (given number) within 24 hours of delivery.
They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

Ankita Bisht is a 100% hand embroidered and handmade brand, please note we do not accept returns or exchange for made-to-order items and accessories on both international and domestic order.

We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking service of all major banks.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?

Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery services only in India. 
All cash on delivery orders require a prior deposit of 50% of the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method. The remaining 50% can be paid at the time of delivery.
